A valentine special! The Cornish Crocus has been made using saffron grown on the Roseland peninsula by Brian and Margaret Eyers. 20,000 crocus flowers where planted and their stigmas harvested by hand. The result adds a distinct yellow/orange hue to the gin combine with rose petals and pistachio to add a middle eastern twist to this Cornish Gin. Made by the Cornish Gin wizard named Tarquin.crocus2
