Louis Jadot Chablis
100% Chardonnay grapes. Chablis is in the northern part of Burgundy, half way between Dijon and Paris. The continental climate (very cold in winter and hot in the summer with frosts in spring) and the marly limestone soils combine to mould the unique character
of Chablis wines.
This wine is fermented in vats and then aged in the Louis Jadot cellars between 9-12 months before bottling. The Louis Jadot Chablis has a very nice golden yellow colour. It is a bright and fresh wine, which can be served with Turkey, and goes exceptionally well with oysters, charcuterie, fried fish and goats cheese
Chocolate Box Shiraz
Also known as “Dark Chocolate Shiraz”, is a powerful Australian red wine with distinctive dark chocolate notes. Rich and silky smooth with coffee, apricot, liquorice and a dark chocolate finish.
Chocolate Box Wine is produced from premium Barossa Valley fruit at Rocland Estate, one of the smaller Barossa Valley wineries. The family owned winery has consistently produced quality award winning wines since 1999. Perfect accompaniment for your turkey, red meat, curry dishes, or mince pies!
